This is a booking for a live online course which will run via a Zoom session - please note you must attend the live session online with me in order to be certified - no recordings are available to maintain the integrity of the system. The zoom details will be sent by email - please ensure you have saved debibarr@rocksnrituals.co.uk as a safe sender or contact to prevent the course emails hitting your spam folder.

All Reiki and other in person course bookings must be paid for at the time of booking. You can pay in full and get a slight discount or you can select a payment plan option.

When you pay in full you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. Your place will be secured on the course you have booked and no refunds will be given should you cancel or fail to attend the course. In the event you need to reschedule your course booking, your course fee can be carried over once only to the next available course date. If you then fail to attend that subsequent course no refund will be given and you will lose your fee. Please ensure, therefore, that you can actually attend the course before making your booking and payment.

When you choose a payment plan you are legally bound to pay the full fee over the agreed period. Should you fail to make your payment or cancel your payment plan, you will be in breach of contract with us and legal action will be taken to safeguard the business. In the event you are attending the course before the payment plan ends, we are trusting you to be honest and to complete your payment plan as legally agreed. Should you fail to do so we will revoke your certification and legal action will follow.

In the event that Rocks n Rituals has to cancel the class you will receive a full refund for monies paid, or a credit note if you prefer for a future class. Please note that we will only cancel classes in the event of an emergency situation or a situation which is beyond our control.
